CIP Takes a Progressive Approach to Commercial
Development Colusa

the Park’s partners. The service philosophy and the
progressive management style offered at CIP have
enticed a number of companies to relocate or build
new facilities on the Colusa Industrial Park. CIP’s
in-house operations department is available to
assist each tenant with all aspects of each project.
Management of the Park maintains an excellent
relationship with the Colusa County Building
Department, soil and civil engineers and local
contractors to streamline the development process.

Colusa County Business and Visitors Center. The
Center houses the Colusa County Economic Development
Corporation as well as the Colusa County Chamber of
