With a capacity of 1,240,000 cwt the Niagara Rice Drying & Storage facility is one of the most modern and efficient plants in the world. Colusa Rice Company’s primary business is rice drying and storage, however, on occasion they also assist growers in marketing their crop. Primarily, Colusa Rice processes Medium grain (Calrose) and Calmochi-101 (sweet rice) while also having experience in many other short grains, long grains and premium medium grains.

In 2010, a new office was added as well as a quality control lab. With experienced management and operators Colusa Rice Co. achieves the highest rice quality in the industry year after year.
