Meat Processing Facility 

Colusa Industrial Properties newest construction project and business venture. 

This will be a state-of-the-art full-service slaughter and processing facility for beef, hogs, sheep and goats. Phase 1 is a 3,600 sq ft steel building which includes 1,000 sq ft of cold storage. Start-up is scheduled for fourth quarter, 2025.

This facility will be CDFA and USDA inspected and process for 25 butcher shops in the north state.
