Meat Processing Facility 

Colusa Industrial Properties newest construction project and business venture.

Located at 7295 Industrial Way, the facility is designed to expand access to inspected meat processing for livestock producers throughout Northern California. The first phase includes a 3,600-square-foot slaughter facility and 1,000 square feet of cold storage, with capacity to serve cattle, swine, sheep and goats.

The facility is being developed to operate under U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) inspection, creating greater opportunities for local and regional producers to access inspected markets.

With its location within an established industrial environment, the project further strengthens Colusa's position as a regional hub connecting agriculture, processing, transportation and commerce.
